The room was great! The bed was huge and super comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and it was really convenient. Another thing we really liked was the free coffee in the rooms. It was a small but thoughtful touch, made us feel at home.
There were a couple of negatives. the room looked much bigger in the website photos, so we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in person.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, with easy access to the city center and all amenities. The rooms are well-designed and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped with all necessary bath utilities. The staff is kind and helpful, and the cleaning staff is fantastic. There is also a lift in the building for those who need to use one.
One minor downside is that the walls are a bit thin, and noise from the street or downstairs restaurant can be heard at times.

I have recently stayed at this hotel in the city center and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The perfect location was a huge plus, being close to all the main attractions and with supermarkets nearby. I could easily take advantage of the services like car hire, tours/ticket assistance, and laundry, which made my stay even more comfortable. Plus, the soundproofed rooms were so peaceful that I had no trouble sleeping.

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size bathroom with a nice shower. Perfect for a weekend stay in Madrid.
